Bookings and Letting Contract

Our rental contract is ideal for those people who do not have the time or inclination to deal with enquiries for their property. It can be hard and time consuming work and it is important to be aware of the possible headaches it can involve. It is important to respond quickly to rental enquires and have the information at hand to be able to take the booking directly.

Our service includes marketing your property, taking enquiries, sending out booking forms with booking conditions, keeping a reservations inventory for each property, ensuring a security deposit is held during the clients stay and only refunded when the property has been assessed for damage and banking your payments less our commission.

We issue all clients with accommodation vouchers with instructions on how to get to the apartment and where to collect the keys. In the apartment the guests will find an information pack which gives them clear instructions on how everything works, 24 hour emergency contact numbers and details of local amenities, attractions and services, even down to the local golf and beach guides.

In addition we also offer our clients flights, car hire, insurance and airport transfers, all organized prior to the clients arrival ensuring they have a great stay in your property, people are more likely to look after your property and refer their friends and colleagues if they have been looked after and made to feel special, that is our job in taking care of your place abroad.
